Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Embrace Technologies Ltd, Ghana ("we", "us"), for your use of the Postreed apps, the sync relay and this website (together, "Postreed"). By using Postreed you accept them.
Using Postreed
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Postreed on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to send spam, break the law, or interfere with mail providers or other people's accounts.
Your accounts and mail
Your mail and your mail accounts belong to you and stay with your providers. Postreed connects to them on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your devices and the accounts you add secure, and for following your providers' terms, including Google's and Microsoft's.
AI features and third-party services
If you connect an AI provider or an AI tool, you choose to send it data, and that provider's terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Sync relay
We aim to keep the sync relay available but do not guarantee it. We may limit use that harms the service, and we may change or end it with reasonable notice.
Updates and changes
We may update Postreed and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant, we will post it here before it takes effect. Continuing to use Postreed after that means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
Postreed is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Your provider keeps the original copy of your mail.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Postreed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using Postreed at any time by removing your accounts and deleting the app. We may suspend access to the sync relay if you break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.
